We will deliver goods to the address on the order unless we agree with you first to an alternative address. International shipments may also be subject to delays in customs. Such UK addresses could be for example Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE). Please be aware that delivery to worldwide destinations and 'outlying' UK addresses could also experience delivery delays.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any additional costs incurred. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. These services will incur additional charges. In the case of UK deliveries we are able to offer you timed deliveries such as 9.00am, morning or Saturday delivery as an optional extra. We will provide you with the shipping details once your goods are sent. If your order is urgently required for next day please confirm with us that this is possible. UK delivery will generally be attempted on next working day after receiving your order. Once you have placed an order it should be dispatched by the end of the day providing it has been placed before 2pm.
